Refund policy

At Style in Comfort, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully:

Eligibility for Replacement

  • We offer replacement only for size issues, not refunds.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • In original condition
    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Non-Eligible Items

  • No refunds or exchanges for money will be provided.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for replacement.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  • Once a replacement request is approved, the customer must ship the product back as instructed.
  • After quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched.
  • Replacement is subject to size availability.
