At Style in Comfort, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully:
Eligibility for Replacement
- We offer replacement only for size issues, not refunds.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Non-Eligible Items
- No refunds or exchanges for money will be provided.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for replacement.
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
- Once a replacement request is approved, the customer must ship the product back as instructed.
- After quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched.
